How Tawantip Soya Sauce are made

We ferment the soys mixtures in the dragons jar to encourages air permeability

Boiled soya beans and wheat flour are mixed together to form moromi

Fermentation

We can supply small bottles, 25 kgs drum and 250 kgs drum

There are three simple ingredients

Add the koji molds into the mixture and let the cultures grows. This process takes 3 days

Koji Process

Saline Solution (Salt Water) is added
