Production line is controlled by food scientists with over 40 years of experience. 100% Natural fermented under the sun for 3 months in traditional hand-crafted Ratchaburi dragon jars. After tasting, the soy sauce is then carefully harvested, filtered, pasteurized and filled into packaging.

Our soy paste is very very concentrate. It’s suit best for Khao Man Kai dressing, you could just add garlic, ginger, lime juice and chili and ta-dah, all done. We are also love to use in the morning glory fried too. Don’t tell me you never tried it before!
All Natural Sweet Sauce
This is not soy sauce actually and nothing relate to it. It made from molasses and sea salt. We are using this sauce mostly for color adjust and it’s taste alone doesn’t what you are expected.
However, this is must have item if you are making Khai Pa Lo and Fried Rice that need brown color without making them too salty.
